Upload via Registered App (OAuth)
This flow uses a registered HashBin app and OAuth. Users authorize the app; no API key is shared with this page.
The app must include this page URL as a redirect URI.
Difference vs API key flow: Registered-app uploads are safer for end users because access is scoped and revocable,
but require app registration and OAuth setup. This flow uses the account default retention period for OAuth publishing.
